“Autonomia differenziata: atto compiuto da riscrivere?” (‘Differentiated Autonomy: a fait accompli to be rewritten?’) is the topic at the centre of the study seminar to be held on 14 December in Bari, in the Aula Magna of the Collegio Universitario Poggiolevante (via Mazzitelli, 41), starting at 9.30 a.m..
The semunary, organised by Cris and Agenzia per il Patrimonio Culturale Euromediterraneo, will be attended by the President of the Apulia Region, Michele Emiliano, who will give the greetings. This will be followed by speeches by Alessandro Tramacere, President of Cris, and Adriana Poli Bortone, President of the ‘Agenzia per il Patrimonio culturale euromediterraneo.
Speakers will include Prof. Andrea Bonomi, Professor of Constitutional Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Bari, Prof. Guglielmo Forges Davanzati, Professor of Political Economy at the University of Salento, Prof. Maurizia Pierri, Professor of Comparative Constitutional Law at the University of Salento, and Prof. Gianfranco Viesti, Professor of Applied Economics at the University of Bari, Faculty of Political Science.
The debate will be moderated by journalist Lino Patruno.
In the afternoon, starting at 3 p.m., there will be a discussion on the South with southernist associations, including IO Sud (Giacchino Monterisi), Sud chiama Nord (Cateno De Luca), M24A ET (Pino Aprile), Campo Sud (Marcello Tagliatela), Italia del Meridione (Orlando Greco and Rocco Pignataro), Iniziativa Meridione (Bruno Esposito), Movimento per il Nuovo Sud (Augusto Forges Davanzati) and Matera si muove (Pasquale Di Lorenzo and Mimmo Palombella).
